Rubio Comments on Argentina’s Presidential Election

“During a critical time for the future of our region, the people of Argentina went to the polls to elect a new leader. I congratulate the Argentine people for participating in this democratic electoral process. It is my sincere hope that this election will bring forth the best for the democratic future of the region and our bilateral relations with Argentina.”
Rubio is the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, Transnational Crime, Civilian Security, Democracy, Human Rights, and Global Women’s Issues.
