Earlier this week, Senator Rubio introduced S.2115, the State Waters Partnership Act of 2012, a bill that would force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to adopt Florida’s science-based Numeric Nutrient Criteria on water quality regulation.
 
Senator Rubio also co-sponsored the following bill, joint resolution, and amendment:

  • S.2118, the Health Care Bureaucrats Elimination Act , a bill to remove unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats from seniors’ personal health decisions by repealing the Independent Payment Advisory Board
  • S.J.RES.36, which expresses congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relating to representation election procedures
  • S.AMDT.1590, which amended part of S.1813 Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act
