Rubio Joins Colleagues in Reintroducing Legislation to Permanently Repeal the Death Tax

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) joined his Senate colleagues in reintroducing legislation to permanently repeal the federal estate tax, commonly known as the death tax. The Death Tax Repeal Act of 2019 would end the threat this tax poses to   family-run farms, ranches, and small businesses in the event of the owner’s death.
