Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, January 23, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio will deliver remarks on creating new middle class opportunity at a conference on the role of business in education at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Creating new middle-class jobs and equipping Americans with the skills to fill those jobs are top agenda items for Senator Rubio. The remarks will be part of a forum hosted by The Institute for a Competitive Workforce (ICW), a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Citi Foundation, and College Summit.
