Through weekly mobile office hours, whereby staff members deploy to cities throughout the state, Rubio’s constituent services team stands ready to assist men, women, and families in need.
MORE THAN 82,000 CASES
Over the past seven years, Rubio’s team has addressed more than 82,000 constituent cases. In 2022 alone, his team addressed more than 20,000. These cases range from passport updates to veteran benefits disputes, and they are all important. Constituent testimonies make this clear.

At the 2019 Democracy Awards, the Congressional Management Foundation recognized Rubio for “excellence” in the category that focuses on how an office interacts with and serves constituents.
