Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio today launched a new web video series, Marco’s Constituent Mail Box, in which he directly responds to some of the constituent mail he receives from Floridians.
Each week, Senator Rubio receives thousands of letters, emails and phone calls from Floridians voicing their opinions. Through this video series, Rubio will regularly respond to a selection of constituent letters on various topics.
“To better serve Floridians, I need to hear from their opinions, ideas and the challenges they face daily,” said Rubio. “This video series gives us another avenue to help ensure that they hear directly from me, and that they see that their voice does matter in our great democratic process.”
In today’s first installment, Rubio responds to letters regarding the debt ceiling and foreign aid. The video can be viewed here.
